Pros: It is a time saver. It gets underneath difficult areas. The cleaner smells great. Cons: It doesn't empty itself and clean itself too!

Pros: Loved it when it worked... Cons: Hard to open tank, does not do corners, cleaning solution is expensive. Easily breaks down.

Pros: Cleans tile well.
Floors dry fast.
Cons: Expensive Clorox cleaning solution req. by manufacturer.
Refill & cleaning every 350-400 sq. feet.

Pros: Labor saver. Cleans well. Easy to use. Cons: Costly, but worth it.
