Pros: A great place that leaves you feeling great about yourself. Cons: None :)
When I first decided I wanted to be a part of the Camp Shane family, I definitely had no idea what I was getting myself into. The summer I spent at Camp Shane in Ferndale, NY was by far one of the best summers I have ever had, and one I will never ...

Pros: Fun, good exercise, good food, good friends, fun activities, sunday special events days, nice staff Cons: hard work.
There are too many words that describe Camp Shane and my experience there, but if I had to write one paragraph about it, this is what I would write: Camp Shane is an amazing, life changing camp. When I got to Camp Shane in summer of 2009, I was ...

I don't think my family can ever express enough thankfulness and gratitude towards Camp Shane and all that they did for our girls! Our oldest daughter approached us about a year ago about wanting to go to camp Shane. Both of our girls were over weight ...

Pros: The great staff, awesome food and dedicated directors! Cons: only 3 months?
My view of Camp Shane differs somewhat from most of the reviews here. I worked in the Camp Shane office for 8 months and got to see just how dedicated David and Simon are to their amazing camp. They both work so hard to make sure that each and every ...

I have heard it said "Camp Shane is a feeling not a place" and after my second summer there, no truer words could be spoken. I have seen children that come to camp shy and crying because of homesickness turn into wonderfully confident individuals. Being ...
