Pros: it's not as bad as it seems, Katie Holmes Cons: another teen drama, first few seasons?
I couldnt bare to watch this show in its first few seasons, figuring that it was just another lame, stereotypical, unrealistic, melodramatic, high school drama that wanted teens to turn in every week to obsess over some semi-cute, hardly talented ...
Pros: The cast, location, music and plot Cons: Maybe a bit TOO angsty.
Dawson’ s Creek is set in Capeside, a small town in New England on Cape Cod. It was actually filmed in North Carolina though. It looks like paradise, but there are lots of angsty goings on. The series ran for 6 seasons. Lets take a look at the main ...
Pros: Intellectually Stimulating, Fairly-well Acted, Compelling Story-line Cons: Many Cheesy Moments, Sometimes Overly Melodramatic
Actually, instead of Dawson's is Dawson's is Dawson's, I think the expression went something like "A rose is a rose is a rose," but I think the meaning still stands. I'm an avid fan of "Dawson's Creek", and when I watch it, I...
Pros: Excellent cast, engaging dialogue and awareness of issues which affect teens Cons: Sometimes can drag on, especially Dawson and Joey, and is only on for 1 hour!!!
I first watched Dawson's Creek in winter last year. I was flicking through the channels looking for something to listen to whilst doing my homework. Dawson's Creek was the only thing that looked remotely interesting, so I put it on.
Dawson's Creek has a target audience comprised of teenage girls, but that doesn't stop this 22 year-old from tuning in every week. I'll be honest and say that most of the time, I deplore this show, but it's one of those gems you truly "love to...
Pros: ok when you've got a hangover and can't concentrate on anything else Cons: too squeaky clean - get Dawson a crack habit or something, please!
I'm sorry, but the whole idea of this Dawsons creek rubbish makes my blood boil. I don't know how anyone can even bear to sit through a whole episode!
Four perpetually self-obsessed, self-agrandising "teenagers" (I'll come to that bit)...
Pros: Dawson living in his house... Cons: there he lives without a mouse
When Dawson’s Creek first showed up on screens all over the world 3 years ago, it made many million teenagers all over the world crazy about it. I am not an exception, and I was also extremely attracted to it. I didn’t really understand anything...
Pros: Great Acting, Great Storylines, Great Entertainment Cons: Too Many Re-Runs
At 28 years old, I'm not your average teen-soap opera viewer, but when I was exposed to Dawson's Creek by my roommate about half way into the first season, I was hooked.
This show takes place in a small town called Capeside. The main...
Pros: Pretty good show, awesome cast, something to do on Wednesday nights Cons: Nothing different- same as other teenage dramas
This show is a typical teenage drama. It is on Wednesday nights on the WB network. I don't know about anyone else, but I am sick of this whole Joey-Dawson thing. That is basically what the whole show is about- them breaking up and getting back...
Go ahead. Make fun of me. Everyone else seems to. I don't care what anybody says though, I love this show!! I have never come across a better one that touches the heart in the way that Dawson's Creek seems to.
Pros: The cast is made up of beautiful and talented people. Cons: They have a huge vocabulary and they talk too much.
Dawson's Creek is an exciting show. I watch this show every week with the same loving feeling. I might be new to Epinions but I do know my Dawson's Creek. Every season gets better and much more interesting. One of the best parts of the show is that teens...
Pros: Helps me with my adolescent issues Cons: It's on the fricking WB!!!!!
My two star ranking is for one reason, and it is not for Dawson's acting, let me tell you. The reason is Katie Holmes. She is one hot tamale, hot enough to make any guy straight and even turn a few women the other way.
Pros: a show I actually care about watching! How weird is that? Plus, I like how the product page calls it "seminal". Cons: Unrealistic dialogue, sap, annoying characters
The lies, the selfishness, the terrible acting, the annoying characters, the big words tossed around with the grace and agility of a circus seal playing the trumpet badly--I Love Dawson's Creek.
I started watching Dawson's Creek in college a few years ago. I lived in the dorms and this was one of the shows that the students on my floor liked to watch. I liked it from the beginning even if it is nothing like the life of a teenager.
Pros: still figuring that out Cons: adult themes, over acting
You know when this first started I actually liked it very much. Aside from the college vocabulary skills and over dramatics it was fairly enjoyable. Although now it seems Dawson's Creek has gone a bit down stream with the story line.
