    Pros: EXCEPTIONALLY clean clothes, towels dry in HALF the time!
    Cons: Need to readjust when using BULKY setting, but no more BANGING washer!

    Pros: very large tub; very high spin cycle, clothes take less drying time
    Cons: high spin cycle causes shirts to have wrinkles that are hard to remove; wastes water

    Pros: Features, several settings to choose from. Looks nice, a relatively good price.  
    Cons: Durability.   Design was such that when a problem happens, your clothes are stuck.

    Pros: able to see clothes while washing
    Cons: Broken 3 times in 2 months.

    Unhelpful costumer service

    Summary: This product seemed good for the first few weeks. However, we have only owned it for 2 months and it has broken 3 times. We are a family of four and it gets normal use. They are slow to repair it. Each time it took them 4-7 days to come and work on it.
