Pros: view (if you get a good room), price, location, pool, kids areas, beautiful lobby
Cons: view (if you get a bad room), parking, some beds are uncomfortable, small elevators, noise

Pros: Nice ambience, trendy lobby, and great service
Cons: Neighborhood is not unique, rooms are small, overeager auto-minifridge

Pros: The concierge staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: The bathroom reminded me of a cruise ship. Small and strange.
Summary: Those were the first words that came to mind as I stood in the crowded lobby waiting to check in. Passing through the revolving doors into a large, open lobby the registration desk already had a long line queued up.

Trolley comes to the door.
Accepts small dogs.
Very clean
Cons: Small bathrooms.
Small balcony.
Summary: We stayed at the Park Vista in Gatlinburg Tn. in Dec. 2004. It was forecast to snow and without 4 wheel drive we decided not to stay in a Chalet. The trolley in Gatlinburg comes to the hotel and takes you into town for 25 cents. The rooms are clean and
