We were Disenchanted The Moment We Arrived

Pros: Architectural style of facility and food Cons: Service scores a 2/10 in my book.
Though the facility is architecturally appealing, and the food quite good, the service is sorely lacking at this "up-scale" resort. It should NOT be a member of Leading Hotels of the World...not even close. When we complained about the way we had been treated to management, we received a cursory apology, at best.
Sedona is beautiful, but look for enchantment elsewhere. For $500+ per night, you should be treated as an invited guest, not someone who is being done a favor by the hotel.
