I have been fortunate to stay at some of the finest U.S. hotels (such as the Arizona Biltmore, Enchantment Resort, Overlook, etc.) and the Boca Raton Resort is easily the worst in service of any that I've stayed. If your requirement for luxury is limited to spectacular architecture, then the Boca Resort is second to none. If, on the other hand, you prefer personal and attentive service, then keep looking. I had high hopes for the resort given all the hype I had read prior to my visit. It was a major disappointment!
Avoid this resort, the staff is rude and all they care about is your money - the decor was hideous as well.
This place is probably best for conventions, definitely not for a romantic getaway weekend.
