After a week-long stay at the Ritz-Carlton during the high season, I am somewhat underwhelmed. While it is a notch above the nearby Palm Beach Hilton (if price is not a factor), it is a notch below other Ritz-Carlton properties.

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful weekend at the Ritz Carlton Palm Beach. The hotel has a lovely pool and access to a beautiful, wide beach. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed on the club floor. Upon our arrival, when the elevator doors opened, a club floor concierge was waiting to meet us and greeted us by name! That is just an example of the type of outstanding service we received all weekend. Our room was beautiful - it must have been recently renovated as the furniture and decor all looked new. The bathroom was marble and sparkling. The hotel lobby is beautiful with sweeping views of the pool and ocean beyond. They had live music and dancing both Fri and Sat night of our stay. The only drawback of this hotel is its distance from Palm Beach. It's about a 15 minute drive. I'd definitely recommend renting a car if you want to stay at this hotel and enjoy Worth Ave and the restaurants of Palm Beach.
