Pros: Great beachfront location, rooms, food, and customer service! Cons: Can be a little expensive but it's well worth it!
I had previously been to Hawaii several times since I have relatives on the islands. However, I have been never to Maui until I went last October (2001). However, the question was on where to stay. Luckily, since a co-worker offered me one of his weeks...
Maui Marriott Ocean Club I wanted to like this property—I really did, and in some respects I did, but overall it is a major dud—think Holiday Inn. Pros: To be sure it is not all bad, here are the highlights: 1. Location. They do have one of the ...
Pros: It was a calm relaxing place. Cons: there were a lot of families there.
During my vacation in Maui, I found my stay at the Marriott to be very enjoyable. Everything I need to relax or have the most of my vacation was all within my reach at the hotel. All of the staff did everything they could do to assist me in every way. ...

Pros: Good Location, Great Pool for Kids Cons: Limited Restaurant Service of Value, Timeshare Presentations Pushy
Having just returned from Maui my inspection of the Maui Marriott Vacation Club found the resort in excellent condition with an excellent water island pool for the kids. The timeshare presentations however that are pushed by the hotel are truely...
Pros: The grounds and the pools are fantastic. The rooms were ordinary for the price. Cons: When we stayed there rooms were about $150.00 a night.
Aloha! The Maui Marriot offered a romantic place for our honeymoon. The Luau's they offered are really nice. You can eat all you want and hula and enjoy the show in a setting that seems like something out of an old Elvis Presley movie.
Pros: Perfect for families, lovely grounds, the best pool, friendly staff Cons: expensive food
The perfect family vacation is awaiting you at the Maui Marriott. This facility is converting to a timeshare and they want visitors to come see what they are doing. You are not pressured to attend a sales meeting though they do offer a monetary incentive...
Pros: Beautiful rooms, lovely pool, excellent location, shops and service Cons: A little too quiet for my taste
Just last week I stayed at the Maui Marriot for two night and 3 days. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The first thing I noticed was that the hotel workers were especially courteous, friendly, and helpful. I was traveling with a...
Great Location, very expensive by cdjohannes ,Jan 04 '05
Pros: Location, location, location. Cons: Expensive and poor bedding.
We recently spent 8 nights there and we enjoyed the location. The room was nice, but the mattress was awful! We woke up with a back ache every morning. Service was average overall. Some of the people were very good and others were just mediocre.
