Pros: Old-time atmosphere. It echoes the past.
Cons: The battery in the scale did not work!
Summary: My husband and I did an overnight getaway at the Sheraton - Aquila. We had a great experience. We loved the ambiance of the lobby and while our room was maybe small, the tall ceiling and tall window did not leave us feeling like we were in a shoe

Pros: location
Cons: Poor customer service, terrible restaurant, rude people, old rooms and no snow removal!
Summary: I stayed at the Sheraton Omaha and was very disappointed. The hotel markets itself as a high-end hotel but the service is inadequate, the restaurant quality was poor, the rooms were old and poorly maintained and the customer service was very lacking.
