Pros: Likely the best hotel in Cleveland, good service
    Cons: Somewhat predictable

Summary: On a recent trip to Cleveland, I briefly considered other hotels, like the Renaissance, at nearby Tower City. The Ritz-Carlton, however, has the most solid reputation for service in town, so that's where we stayed. On the whole, it ... read more

Pros: Great location, connected to a nice mall
Cons: Not up to Ritz standard of service

    Pros: Just about everything.
Cons: A little pricey, but worth it.

Summary: I got married at this hotel, so perhaps I am a little partial to it. But, in all actuality, this is probably the best place to stay in Cleveland. In terms of location, the Ritz is in the area of Cleveland known as "public square." It is ... read more

Cons: the worst Ritz I have ever stayed in

Summary: I must differ from every other reviewer here by stating this is the worst Ritz I have ever stayed in. And I have been to about a dozen. Unless one stays at the Club level, there must be a better place in town. Tea was quite lackluster. Room service ... read more
