Pros: SERVICE,SERVICE,SERVICE! Food at Landmark, fitness room and comfortable bed.

They service at this hotel is over the top! At every turn I was greeted by name in a friendly sincere manner. The food in the Landmark was world class-try the seafood specialty dish. We has drinks at the Landmark before dinner at the Library bar and enjoyed the live entertainment. They just opened a new fitness center that has personal TV's on all the equipment, and a cold towel after my workout was a nice touch. I will be back....

I was booked into the Melrose Hotel,Dallas by my office. I usually stay at a new hotel not far away. I was really impressed by this little gem of a hotel. Warm and gracious service and the rooms are just as good as any Four Seasons or Ritz I have stayed at.

I will stay here again.
