Latham Hotel Georgetown

Pros: Charming, attractive decor. Immaculately clean. Great Location for shopping and dining. Home of Citronelle Restaurant.

Pros: Great location, location, location. Smallish and intimate. Friendly and professional.
Cons: Tiny rooms, tiny tv and a variety of rooms ranging from posh to poverty.

After reading the two previous reviews, my wife and I decided to roll the dice and stay at the Latham due to its excellent location. We booked from hotels.com and received a good rate. When we arrived we were given a nice room on the 6th floor and the desk staff was quick and courteous. In addition, we were allowed to check in at 11:30 am. Our room was small but well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The room service was good, albeit pricey, and the entire staff was polite, attentive and knowledgeable. The Latham is a charming boutique hotel and best of all it's located in an excellent area in the heart of Georgetown.
