Pros: Housekeeping staff was great
Cons: Poorly managed check in staff that PO'd a previous customer, but not a returning customer.

Pros: A clean comfortable room in the heart of the strip with a less smoky casino.
Cons: Small casino and slightly expensive

Pros: Great location in the middle of the Strip! Charming feel inside.
Cons: Not as big as the other megaresorts. No big mall of shops inside.

Pros: Excellent customer service. Clean, Le Village Buffet, close to Monorail station.
Cons: Still an impossible place to win roulette if playing you against the dealer.

Pros: VERY professional, customer oriented staff who are not like others I have mentioned elsewhere.
