We stayed in a tower room at the Atlantis. The room was huge compared to others in Reno. It had a wonderful King sized bed, sitting area and a beautiful marble bathroom. We felt spoiled.

Cons: motor lodge rooms, not worth even the low price

We booked two rooms, two nights at the motor lodge, a week apart. Arriving after midnight, tired from a long flight, we found the rooms smelly and the bedding reservations incorrect. It is a long walk back to the desk and while we were given a roll-away for one of the rooms we were not treated well at all.

However, when we arrived back for our second stay, we were upgraded to a tower room. These rooms were very nice. We enjoyed the buffet, the pool area and the casino, even though we didn't win.

Other than that we went to downtown Reno and walked the Riverwalk and shopped the downtown stores. Nice clean city area and interesting shops.

BEST BUFFETT IN RENO It is also 2 for 1 if you have your players card tuesday and thursday morning until 1030am. Beautiful casino, great rooms, and concierge level is cool (if you gamble a lot youll get it free, if you have to pay more than $20 a night extra for it don't bother)Comp program is top notch. Casino as far as luck goes is so-so. Drink service is spotty, as is overall customer service, its on/off. Tournaments always great fun. Location is not real great unless you have a car or plan to stay there the entire time though.
