Sometimes I think other Hotels write these reviews. I just read a review that seems as though they never stayed at Harrah's Reno. The Rooms. All rooms have been redecorated.... large and beautiful ! Im staying in one of the Jr. Suites as I write this. First Class. 550 sqaure feet of luxury. I think that what sets Harrahs Reno apart from the rest of the Hotels in Reno... are the people. Everyone that works here seems to be extremly helpful and always has a smile and a greeting. Im sorry but forget the Peppermil and Atlantis. They are cartoon Hotels. All fake and no soul at all !! What I mean is plastic...plastic ...plastic. Peppermil, I have to wear sunglasses just to walk through lobby.It feels like swimming in an 1970's hot oil lamp. Atlantis .... just old !! faded, no way would I send any friend there. So .... there you have it. Im not the best writer but you can sence were Im coming from. I believe a PR company wrote the other review. Way to go Harrahs. Your Number one in my book. Clean, fresh, Great food, GREAT entertainment !!!!! Thanks
