Pros: price, location, services, pool Cons: smaller rooms
Caribbean Beach Resort is the perfect place to stay for families when they are visiting Disney World. Our family has gone to Disney World for the past 10 years and have stayed at Caribbean 8 out of the 10 times. The hotel has a great pool in the main...

Pros: Great Theming and beautiful landscaping. Food is good and you have a wide variety to choose from. Cons: Depending on where you are located, the food court and main pool area can be really close or really far. Hopefully you won't be really far away from it.
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort may not be the most sophisticated resort at Walt Disney World. It may not be the newest, or have the best food, but it also isn't the most expensive. For a resort on Disney property that only costs around $150 in the...

This was our first trip to Disney. We chose to stay at the Caribbean Beach resort. I would give them an ok rating! I got an all inclusive resort package. Before we got there i requested a smoking room,...

Pros: The food court was nice, once you got there.... Cons: Overpriced, outdated, inconvienient, too far from the parks
I have been to Disney resorts 4 times in the last 3 years and have tried several to date. Since I have young children, convienience and short distances are a plus, especially when you'll be walking the parks all day. The Caribbean Beach resort is a ...

Pros: Everything. Food selection/price, rooms, grounds, staff. Cons: None. The resort is first class at a moderate price.
My family stayed at the Caribbean Beach in July 2004 and found it to be absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We have no complaints whatsoever. The resort consist of a series of separate islands all linked by paths, bridges and buses which can ...

Pros: Disney quality theming, feeling of isolation from "outside" world, Disney perks. Cons: Cost, very large with lots of walking.
Imagine that, palm trees in Florida. Who would have thought? Since Disney is famous for it's attention to detail and theming, a palm tree setting really wasn't what I initially had in mind for a vacation. Why not stay at French Quarter with it's ...

Pros: Beautiful outside grounds, decent food court, convenient transportation to parks Cons: Rooms were filthy and smelled bad, front desk unresponsive, busses often late 30 minutes
We just got back from a 12 day stay at Caribbean Beach Resort, and all I can say is "blecchhh". Our rooms were just plain filthy! Non-smoking rooms that stunk of years of cigarettes; brown nicotine stains & sticky build-up on all of the light ...

Pros: Cheery, brightly painted buildings with large rooms for a moderate resort. Cons: Someone smoked daily outside our Non-Smoking Room, and the smoke filtered right into our room.
We spent our honeymoon at the Caribbean Beach Resort from November 13-20, 2004, and loved every minute of it! There were quite a few positives, and only a one minor mishap which Guest Services quickly fixed. ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN We ...
