Pros: It has big pages Cons: It has no words
The definition of magazine is a piece of writing that has words. As that old lady in the Wendy's commercial used to say " Where are the words?" .Whenever I look through this particular magazine all that I see are page long pictures of athlete....

Pros: Nice pictures, good price Cons: TOO MANY ADS
Right when you open the ESPN magazine big advertisements pop out at you. It looks like more that half the magazine is filled with ads. I ordered my subscription because I received a free fleece and it was only 19.99. Don't get me wrong, I love the...

Pros: Color, writing, etc. Cons: Size or magazine
ESPN... the Magazine. When I first heard about this venture, I must admit, I was skeptical. I've been a Sports Illustrated subscriber since 1979.... I was used to a certain style when it came to Sports Journalism.... it wasnt supposed to be like...

Pros: good photos that bring you closer to the game Cons: bunch of reruns from ESPN the show on their articles
On my way to the checkout stand I purchased my first copy of ESPN the magazine and thought it would be great reading material when I get to the bathroom. Well I was right in a way and that I will explain later. I purchased the magazine, got home and took...

Pros: in depth gossip, fundraisers, article quality, writers Cons: price,
Growing up watching SportCenter Espn the mag first caught my eye with its 21 to watch in the 21st century, from there I became hooked as it discussed my favorite stars like drew bledsoe mo vaughn ect. However I could only get my parents to do one sports...

Pros: layout, interviews, photos Cons: should come out more often than every two weeks
I read both Sports Illustrated and ESPN. ESPN gets my vote. The magazine debuted a few years ago and many didn't think it could take on venerable SI. But issue after issue ESPN has proven its worth. Its interviews are original and funny and the layout...

Pros: well written articles Cons: Not enough Hockey coverage
I had heard so many good things about ESPN not to mention I love watching sportscenter, but I found one key thing missing in the magazine, which is articles on Hockey.
Sure there would be one page and two if I got lucky well written...

Pros: Gives sports a different twist; interesting photos; doesn't report, but instead looks ahead. Cons: Glorifies the thugs of the sports world; must be up-to-date with your sports.
I was a charter subscriber to ESPN the Magazine when it first came out a few years ago. The format took a while to get used to, but once it became familiar, it got old... quick. After 3 years, I've finally let my subscription run out.
ESPN...

Pros: Stories about nothing but sports Cons: bad journalism, boring stories, altogether a bad magazine
When i first subscribed to this magazine, i thought(as many other subscribers think) ESPN. This is THE total sports network. Anything about sports, from billiards to football, ESPN has it. So, the magazine would probably be a good magazine to read...

Pros: Great insights, cheap price Cons: unusual look
I would like to review ESPN the magazine. I personally think this is the best sports magazine I have the pleasure of reading. Not only are the articles interesting, but it is very original in the way it is layed out.
The first thing I like about it...

I have watched ESPN religiously for a few years now. When they created ESPN the magazine I was very eager to subscribe and hoping that it would live up to the hype created by the TV networks. The magazine creates seems like Rolling stone because of its...

Pros: Great photography Cons: Too glitzy
I am currently an ESPN the Magazine subscriber, and although I am somewhat satisfied with the magazine, I think I will go back to Sports Illustrated.
ESPN is a quality magazine. It offers the reader great quality photo layouts as well as...

Pros: Big! Big! Big! Cons: ?
I don't see why other people don't give this mag some better reviews. What's not to like about it? Everything that it does, it does better than Sports Illustrated. Sports Illustrated has Rick Reilly. ESPN has Dan Patrick, who is a ton funnier, not to...
