    Pros: None, does not clean the clothes and they seem to smell.

    Pros: Uses very little water to get clothes clean.  Saves on drying cost too.
    Cons: Circuit board gone after 18 months.  At least four wks to get part and repairs.

    Pros: Extremely quiet, balanced, and no vibration at all.  Miele Service was prompt and polite.
    Cons: A bit long for a basic wash cycle.

    Pros: Great when working
    Cons: Very pricey horrible service.

    Summary: I own Miele appliances great when working.  You have towait at least a week for a technician then another week for parts.  Just purchased new washer/dryer, dryer not working and am waiting for tech.  Delivered on Wed first available tech

    Cons: Financial Albatross if it breaks down.
    Mieles predatory spare parts prices

    Summary: We have had two expensive Miele appliances, a W911 front loader washer and a condensing dryer.  The main circuit board went after only 4 years on the dryer was $400 just for the board- we took the Miele to the dump and bought a good used
