I like to think I'm not a music snob. I will freely admit to liking certain songs from the catalouges of Matchbox 20, Tonic, and even Third Eye Blind. I try not to dismiss stuff just because it doesn't break any new ground.

Yes, they have proven again that good bands will stand the test of time. This album is heart pounding, gut wrenching full of wonderful lyrics and great music to go along with it all. Desperately Wanting......what more can be said..........Don't kick...

Friction Baby is an influential CD that help define what alternative music is today. It helped bring us out of the Nirvana transition (not to degrade Nirvana's genius at all).
