If you like Nigel Kennedy you MIGHT like this CD. If you don't know him, or if you don't like him you probably WON'T like this disc. Kennedy has a very individualistic and almost punk approach to classical music. His intonation is not fluid and rich, but rather thin and reedy. His style is very fast, and he expects the listener to know the material, allowing him to put his stylistic touches to his interpretation.
You might like it, but if you like straight and true to form interpretations, you may not.
