25 years later there was Funk...

Pros: 25 years after the breakup it's Funk with an orchestra
Cons: Not as hard hitting as they used to be.
This two disk CD was released with very little advertising from Capital, but still sold well mostly due to Grand Funk's promotion of it when they did a short tour after "Bosnia" was released. This tour too had little promotion, but the band sold out or...

Mark, Donnie, and Mel still rock

Pros: great rock and roll with a symphonic backup
Cons: none that I can think of
I had the pleasure of being to this concert at the Palace of Auburn Hills. It was to put it simply...a great event. Grand Funk Railroad sounded just as good as they did in their heyday. No wonder why this group was the first ever to have 13...
