Pros: the music is alright, definitely NOT the best in this genre; some heavier funk songs Cons: lead singer's voice; nothing really stands out on this album as being spectacular
If you’re looking for a fun, high-energy album that touches on different musical styles like rock, rap, and funk – look elsewhere because To a Cool Person, Stay That Way… is not that album.
Pros: Pick up the pace, styling funk rock for the rhythmically insane Cons: Not all songs are a must have. That's what the skip track button is for!
Wondering what happened to the OLD Red Hot Chili Peppers? I found them. They are tuning down and going by the name of The Pimps! Fitted with I.C.P. on tour till spring '00, I am impatiently awaiting to see how these guys perform. With the energy level of songs like "Star Wars & Pancakes" and "Pimp Floyd", its got to be an entertaining show. This album certainly captures the spirit and sound of many genre in the past. Appealing to a diverse mix of genre listener's, from George Clinton to Kid Rock, and back across to Soul Coughing. Look for these guys to break out this year.

In response to my own prediction, no these guys never went large. Says something about an industry that flows with the dollars, and not the talent. Still a CD worth your dollars if you've got patience instead of a thirst for popularity
