Reading reviews of Tomahawk's Mit Gas before I heard it, I eagerly anticipated a CD that would not leave my player for weeks. Any comparisons to Faith No More should be stopped dead. In short the album is good, but not the level of which I expected. It sounds a little thin to me, nowhere to the level of Faith No More or even Mr. Bungle. Good album, but not great.


GOD FORGIVE ME FOR THIS MEDIOCRE REVIEW I INITIALLY GAVE THIS ALBUM...THIS ALBUM IS NOW TO ME WHAT I EXPECTED IT TO BE WHEN I BOUGHT IT....OUTSTANDING!!!! I HAVE A COPY IN THE CAR AND IN THE HOUSE, IT PLAYS THROUGH MY HEAD ALL DAY. I'M NOT GOING TO WRITE ALL THE DETAILS, THE OTHER REVIEWERS HAVE DONE THAT...I RETRACT EVERYTHING I SAID IN MY FIRST REVIEW. FOR THE LOVER OF FNM "ANGEL DUST" OR "KING FOR A DAY"...GET THIS CD. IT'S DIFFERENT YET SIMILAR.. MAYDAY IS UNBELIEVEABLE...WHEN THE STARS FALL...ROTGUT...CAPT MIDNIGHT....HARELIP. ALL OF THEM GREAT.. I AM HUMBLED AND SO GLAD I AM. I LOVE THIS SH!T...YEAH!!!
