Pros: A magical, musical night captured for all time. Powerhouse performances. Electric crowd. Cons: Some faded vocals at times.
In combination with the release of their double-DVD Rush in Rio, which documents the final concert of their 2002 Vapor Trails tour, Rush has also released a Rush in Rio triple CD as an audio supplement to the DVD visuals. Or, as percussioni ...
Pros: Makes you feel like you're there - a true audience experience Cons: Vocals a bit tiny; epics are shortened
I could give you any number of reasons why you should go out and buy In Rio, the latest live CD from Rush. I could tell you about the cute little Simpsons clip at the end of The Big Money. Or maybe the outstanding live versions of songs from Rush’ ...
Pros: This album is exceptionally fun to listen to. Cons: Wrecks the continuity of 4 studio albums then a live album sequence.

Pros: already considered one of rock's greatest live recordings Cons: missing a few Rush classics......but there were so many

Pros: Great to see Rush embrace the DVD video trend. Cons: Mediocre audio (for Rush anyway).
Let me start by saying that any die-hard Rush fan will probably love this DVD regardless of its content. That being said, I was disappointed with the disc's audio quality. I've been fortunate enough to have seen two Rush concerts and know just how ...
A Shame for Rush to release this! by carzncompz ,Nov 27 '05
Pros: It's Rush, the songs are good, the guitar and drums come through alright. Cons: Weak sound, inaudible vocals and sound quality.
For anyone who has listened to this album you will know why I do not like it. The quality of the recording is horrible. It seems to be recorded by microphone rather than a direct tap into the soundboard. The vocals are very weak and almost inaudible during some of the songs. I cannot believe Rush would release this CD. It is an insult to Rush fans everywhere. I borrowed this CD from the public library. If I would have bought this it would have gone back to the store in a second.
