Pros: Every thing you've liked about The Chemical Brothers is right here. Cons: All of the song's won't cross over.
The Chemical Brothers, latest venture titled, Push Button is a sweet album that sounds like a well-mixed hybrid of groove based beats, eastern styled harmony and electronically fused music that bundled in one giant glass beaker of ...
I like this album. Forget the block-rocking beats of last century. This is the new, more adventurous Chemical Brothers exploring their musical horizons, trying to decide which direction to take. Luckily, for us, many of the songs are good, with ...
Pros: Shows the Chemical Brothers can still make quality albums ten years after the debut album Cons: none
Well it's another year and another release for the legends that are the Chemical Brothers. The Chemical Brothers are two guys called Tom and Ed; the pair met while at university in Manchester in the late eighties. At this time a revolution was going ...
Pros: Hold Tight London, Close Your Eyes Cons: Mediocre compared to the rest of the Chemical Brothers albums

Pros: Serious variety!
Hold Tight London Cons: Don't listen to this with a hangover!

Pros: Lyrics, arrangements, everything! Cons: Only 11 songs!
I haven't been a great fan of Chemical Brothers earlier works, but this album truly won me over. They have travelled far since their "Block Rockin y have arrived in a sound that is truly emotional and intelligent. The album is Electronic music, but they have made a stand point and they are striving more towards experimental arrangements and I like it! They do keep the old Big Beat vibe, but I believe they are incorporating more 80's kind of sounds. What is amazing about the Chems are that they appeal to such abroad audience, an Indie kid and a hardcore Trance DJ could enjoy this album. My favorite tracks are Believe and Hold On Tight London. Awesome song writing and instrumentation! I truly hope they will come to the US for some live shows!
