Pros: His rapping sounds as good as ever, many tracks on the album, available almost anywhere
Cons: No new or brilliant ideas. Seems to be regurgitating and recycling his own work

50 Cent's new album doesn't measure up to his last one. Compared to his last album, "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" this one has fewer songs that had any substance. For instance, there is a lack of instrumentation in many of the songs. I personally like to hear more than just the beat and an occasional hint of another sound.

Pros: Best rapper ever, really awesome tracks, knows what he's doing.
Cons: All about drugs, violence, sex, and doesn't seem edited.

This cd really proves that this drug-dealer turned rapper can bring down the house (wether with his rapping or his mac10). Don't get me wrong, 50 Cent is the best rapper there ever was adn there ever will be. But his themes of violence, drugs and sex are filled inside this cd. It's either shootin' someone in the back, brewin' pot, or doing it with some hooker. It just isn't what music should be. I give him all the credit in the world as an artist that most definitely made it to the tp, but i think the themes need to be toned down a bit. This cd, even though it's edited, is not for those tweens, and maybe some teens.

50 Cent's first major release "Get Rich or Die Tryin" had alot of good songs. You could listen to the CD from start to finish for the most part and not skip many tracks.

However, this follow-up is not all that great. Granted, it does have some decent songs but does not hold the same vibe as the first CD. This CD has alot more talk about guns, sex, violence, etc.

I would wait until his next CD, or purchase his first if you are looking for something. Hope this helps.

This CD is GARBAGE. I will repeat that, GARBAGE. If you plan on buying this CD I have a better idea send me an e-mail I'll give you my address and you can send the $15 to my house where it will be put to use at least. There are 2 songs on this CD I can listen to without wanting to shoot every CD player I come into contact with. The two songs are starting to get played out any way thats "Outta Control" and "A Lil Bit". Half-dollar used to be a respectable rapper now his mainstream status has made him come out with some atrocious lyrics and his style has turned completely around. If you really want a good CD that just came out recently, try the Z-Ro -Let the Truth Be Told, Three Six Mafia- Choices II w/DVD, or even the Mike Jones- Who is Mike Jones? I'm saying all of this as a former fan of the G-Unit leader if you feel you need to hear 50 Cent, try Guess Who's Back that CD was hot.
