Pros: The strong selection of memorable songs Cons: None, really.
Aerosmith is one of rock and roll’s longest- lived bands, with a career that spans more than thirty years. The band started out in the 1970’s, making a name for itself with such classic tunes as “Walk This Way”, “Dream On” and others. Aerosmith hit ...

Pros: Ridiculously good rock and roll. Cons: Short, but consistently good throughout its skimpy runtime, so it's not even a real complaint.
In these dark days of post-Just Push Play Aerosmith backlash-ism, of "they should get back on drugs"-ology and of "Honkin' on Bobo [the 'Smith's new one; a pleasing collection of blues covers] is the best post-rehab thing Aerosmith have ...

Pros: Do ya likes the rock 'n roll? This album's got plenty. Cons: A couple of filler tunes, a little raunchy at times
I have a confession to make: I know jack diddly about Aerosmith. I am reviewing this CD because I'm a big Aerocat fan, she's hosting this writeoff thingy, and Pump is the one and only Aerosmith album I own. I can even concede that owning...

Pros: great songwriting, solid playing, a great all around album Cons: none
There are very few rock and roll bands on this earth that can claim to have been through as much as Aerosmith. With the possible exception of Motley Crue, no band did the drugs, alcohol and girls the way the bad boys of Boston did. Hell,...

Pros: Aerosmith's best of the 1980s: loud, sexy, raucous and real. Cons: There's some repetitious sounds.

Pros: AEROSMITH!! Cons: ~
The title sums up this album entirely. Five out of ten tracks off of Pump were released as singles, and this album definitely wins my vote for Aerosmith’s most sex driven. Tracks one through three, “Young Lust”, “F.I.N.E” and “Love in an Elevator” are...

Pros: Fresh, new sounding music with a lot of attitude, sass, and artistic integrity Cons: Overuse of introductory tracks
It's hard to think of Aerosmith as ever having had to come back, but back in 1987, they did. In the early 80s, the band released an album called "Rock in a Hard Place." It bombed. The band was strung out on drugs at this point so badly that they...

Pros: Great songs all the way through. Cons: None, except that Aerosmith never got quite this good again.
Aerosmith is one of rock's longest lasting bands. From their beginnings in the 70s as one of the best hard rock bands of the era to their comeback in the 80s after kicking their drug problems to their more recent incarnation as a pop-rock act that does...

Pros: Heavy and melodic, superb songs, perfect length. Cons: Pity they couldn't maintain this throughout the next decade.
When you are as long in the tooth as Aerosmith are, there comes a time when you have to move on and sing about different topics of interest. After all the sexual innuendo and saucy carry-on had to end by 1989, right? Erm, no.
And if you were...

Pros: guitars, humor Cons: wish there were more songs!
Alright, let me start off by telling you that this is an awesome Aerosmith record that shows their power and durability through the nearly thirty years in which they've been making records. How many other rock bands have lasted that long and still put...

Pros: One of Aerosmith's best Cons: Not a one
(Edited 5-29-00) Aerosmith returns to where they left off with 1976's Rocks. Pump is truly one of the best albums that Aerosmith ever recorded. Heck, it's one of the best rock albums of all time. This really shows the band doing what they do best. The ...

Pros: Good spectrum of sound, ecellent rock. Cons: Your metalhead friends may call you names, but hey, at least you have a job.
One of the best offerings from the best Rock and Roll band this country has ever produced. That's pretty much Pump in a nutshell. If unyielding hard driving sexually based unabahsed rock is your speed, you can't miss with this late 80s offering from...

Pros: Lyrical ability of Steven Tyler at it's best. Guitar by Joe Perry is very good. Cons: None.
In a word, flawless.
This is my personal favorite Aersomith album, and I have all of them. Every song has a great feel to it, and is beautifully written.
Ok...now, in keeping with my style, a song by song review/critique.

Pros: best cd even Cons: nothing wrong with this
Coming from Boston, Aerosmith is the ONLY rock band. They rock like no one else. You college boys can keep your art rock with the fairy boy from Europe. Your Eruo-trash can't compare to anything put out by Areosmith. Between Tyler's sexy hot singing...

Pros: Great rock album, no apparent weaknesses Cons: none!
This album just rocks. It's Aerosmith's second album since they sobered up in the mid to late 80s. The album starts out full throttle with two rockers, Young Lust and F.I.N.E. Next up is the single Love In An Elevator. Joe Perry and Brad Whitford...
