Dark Crystal

Pros: Animatronic effects, character detail, 'feel-good' story.
Cons: The story is a little simplistic but apropos for children.

If you haven't yet seen this one, go out and rent it for the family this weekend. Make sure that a good friend or the kids are with you because this one is best when it is shared.
