Pros: Cheesey Bruce Lee fun Cons: Slow at times, threadbare plot
THE PLOT (or lack thereof!) Bruce Lee plays Cheng, a man who promised his Mama he wouldn't harm a fly. Is Mama dead? Fists of Fury never really tells us, but we get that impression. He has gone to live with Uncle (Chia Ching Tu) and many of his ...
Pros: fighting scenes were done by real experts; it's Bruce Lee! Cons: weak plot, boring except the martial art techniques
Who is Bruce Lee? Is he Lee Marvin's brother?
Is it a brand of underwear or sportshirt or

That's why I don't go for martial arts films ...
Pros: Lee's screen presence is strong and his skills evident even in this flawed vehicle. Cons: Lee's tirades against Lo Wei's scripting and direction were largely justified. Without Lee, this would be a totally forgettable movie. With him, though, it shines.

Pros: No special effects, no strings attached Cons: Bad sound

Pros: good fighting for an early Bruce Lee film, interesting disposal of bodies Cons: gory, quite gross
