Pros: Christopher Reeve is still stellar; Annette O'Toole is wonderful Cons: Everything else
One of the highlights in Superman III (and there arent many) is Christopher Reeves acting ability, especially the scene where he is fighting himself. Evil Superman, a result from the exposure of synthetic green ...

Pros: It ends. Cons: Bad screenplay, directorial approach went from reverent to campy, no charm or spectacle
One of the saddest things a moviegoer can experience is watching a promising franchise as it goes from a great, even phenomenal beginning to a sharp decline to mediocrity or even irrelevance. It has happened to various film series, including Star ...

Pros: Christopher Reeve Cons: Stupid plot. Lame bad guy. Just all around bad.
Since Superman: The Movie and Superman II were so successful and popular, it was no surprise that Superman III was made. The surprise was how bad the finished product ...

Pros: Reeve is quality as always, and the Smallville scenes work well. Cons: Feels like two separate films. Humor is overly forced, and Pryor seems out of place.

Pros: A few interesting ideas or moments. Cons: Horrible script. Terrible acting. Lousy story.
"Superman" and "Superman II" were great. They had good special effects, good storylines, and some genuinely funny moments. They had rousing adventure to them. So, the big-screen adventures of Superman had to continue. But, beginning with "Superman III",...

Pros: A fairly interesting concept, at times can show some ingenuity, and presents some action sequence that really stand out Cons: Really cheap and inappropriate humor throughout, tends to get too juvenile, and a bit devoid in action
Perhaps various comedic or campy aspects that were found during the climax in Superman II (i.e. ice cream flying into peoples' faces, someone still talking on a telephone after the booth was knocked down, a red sequin wearing roller skater skating...

Pros: The fight scene at the end in the junkyard Cons: The film can be way too campy at times
I must admit, I have honestly seen this movie about 50+ times and for some reason, I have never gotten bored watching it. As everyone probably knows, after the initial success of Superman: The Movie and Superman II, many find this is a lackluster ...
