Pros: Cute premise, starts out well, Diana Rigg is good, very small children might enjoy it.
Cons: Bad acting, bad special effects, bad script. A big waste of time.
The only person who might enjoy this film is a four year old who's had so much sugar they'd be laughing no matter what they watched.
