Pros: The dance steps aren't very complicated or difficult, but are still fairly varied and energetic.
Cons: 80's hair and clothes, ewww!

I like this workout because you don't have to be very coordinated to follow the steps, yet there's enough variety that it isn't boring. I do this workout frequently, and find it easy to adjust the intensity level by following the "low intensity" side of the room once in a while. I'm no dancer, but I'm able to follow the movements pretty easily and have some fun, unlike other step videos where I either get lost pretty quickly, or get bored at how simple and repetitive it is. The ab workout with Jane Fonda at the end is pretty good, also.
