Pros: An okay try at a horror movie, original
Cons: too gross, boring and predictable

When i seen the previews for Cabin Fever I was excited. It looked very original and scary, and I am the type that enjoys horror movies that keep me guessing such as Gothica and The Ring. This movie was far from those though. It was so predictable that by the middle of the movie I already knew what would happen.

The movie starts out promising when a group of friends are going to a cabin for a few days. They stop at a small store on the way and are warned to be careful in the woods. They later come across a man who has the horrifying "cabin fever" disease.

This was a very original movie and I havn't seen any like it. It had a few small laughs and a some scenes that were horrifying. To sum it all up i would say this movie is disgusting. It made me nautious a few times, so if that is what you like in a horror movie, this is definatly the one for you.

Those that like this movie would also like The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
