He fills it's his job to look out for the neighborhood and figure out what is going on. He finally finds what they are looking for in his toy truck that he got from the neighbor when he shoveled her walk for her. He had to protect himself now and try to catch the bad guys before they get the chip back. The boy calls the cops when he thinks they could catch them but they are always to late or the bad guys are way to sneaky. Eventually they are caught and the boy gets a award and everybody is so proud of him!
