    Pros: Instructional. YogaZone has great teachers. Fun. Only yoga mat required. Good length.
    Cons: Too easy for intermediate exercisers/yogis. Will seem slow after few viewings.

    Summary: YogaZone videos have always appealed to me. The instructors are North American and the spiritual side of yoga is left out. As much respect as I have for eastern religions and spirituality, I am not doing yoga for those purposes. I want to stretch and ... read more
