The main character transforms throughout the movie to knowing nothing about his reality to accepting it and learning to deal and grow with it. Cannot say alot more without giving to much away, it was not what I expected when I first saw it (think Sixth Sense) but the popularity of this movie is well earned. It has something for everyone. Cannot imagine anyone not liking this movie!

My dad made me watch this movie, there was something about it that I didn't want to see. But as soon as it was on T.V. I couldn't keep my eyes off it. The special effects were great, probably the best ever. The story is pretty interesting. Makes you wonder what's gonna happen next. It's a good movie.

This movie is awesome! It is packed with action, special effects, and outstanding technology. I have never regretted getting this movie. Keanu Reeves and Laurence Fishbourne are amazing and they really boosted their carriers by starring in this film. The theme is a little far out there, so if you're a very serious person that finds it hard to look past normal, you might not like The Matrix. If you have a good imagination and like sci-fi kind of stuff, this is going to be a new favorite.

This is a really stupid movie for people that think they are deep. The acting sucks, the costumes are overdone, the script is contrived. Keanu is lame and totally hateable. There is nothing believable about this movie. It is a melodramatic movie for dirties and losers.
