Pros: Interesting concept Cons: Too heavy for little children
Here is another interesting film starring Robin Williams. He plays a timeless robot who is searching for acceptance and equality. Originally, I rented it for my 2 year old, but found it to be a little to heavy for her.
Bicentennial man...

Pros: Sam Niell and Embeth Davidtz-Good Cons: Schmaltzy crud-Bad
Why why why!
I loved the book of Bicentennial Man. It was insightful, it had a good premise, a masterpiece of the science fiction genre.
I HATED THE FILM.

Pros: Great Acting Cons: 2 Sad
This was a great show but it was very sad! I liked the script to it and I thought that it was great show for what the future will be like in the near future. Some of it was far out but I think that robots could exist in the future. Robin Williams...

Pros: Cute theme Cons: Too long
My 9 year old niece wanted to see this movie after seeing the trailers in another film. We both thought it was too long and boring in a lot of places. The overall theme of the movie was cute but didn't need to take so much time to tell it. I don't...

Pros: Well acted; sensitive-yet-dramatic Cons: It's a fairy tale (I wish we all could become more "human")
Bicentennial Man was excellent.
The movie is a delightful stroll down 200 years.
Everyone who doesn't live in a cave knows the plot.
The story is a wonderful story about a robot who becomes more and more human.

Pros: EVERYTHING Cons: IT ENDED I COULD STILL BE WATCHING
This is an amazing movie. One of the few movies that completely takes you for a ride. You will completely forget the fact that the story is far fetched. You will laugh (numb numb numb) and you will cry. This is the first movie in a long time that I...

Pros: Fun. Family-oriented. Cons: Lackluster
"Bland On The Run"
This is a wonderful way to spend a coupla hours. Its a fine story, acted-out competently by the film's supporting cast - and brilliantly by Sam Neil and Robin William's.
What a shame that the angst of...

Pros: Great Story, Touching Cons: Need To Be In A Serious Mood
This is another great one from the fantastic acting abilities of Robin Williams. A great human interest story about a android that seeks to be human. While the idea may be a little over-done the story is extremely great and touching.

Pros: Everything xcept the following Cons: Andrew dies before he sees his dreams come true
When Andrew Martin first arrives, he really isn't accepted as an individual, but little miss can kinda tell he's different. She's his only friend at first while everyone else either hates him (miss) or thinks of him as property (father) or is a little...

Pros: Excellent movie to help bring out the human being in all of us. Cons: Not suited for very young children. It doesn't hold their attention.
Bicentennial Man is a movie worth seeing again. Robin Williams does a wonderful job of portraying a robot, named Andrew, who has the ability to think and feel in a most nonrobot type way. The movie will leave you thinking about your own humanity....

Bicentennial Man
It starts out in the year 2005...
