Pros: This movie shows the battle of drinking. Cons: It does not show a completely accurate portrait of a dependency.
Although we all know that the movies are "just movies" this one hit a little close to home. As a college student, and the "good time girl" I am accustomed to many on the habits Bullock's character had. If I myself have not done some...

Pros: Sandra is very convincing as a recovering patient Cons: some parts I could have dealt without
I saw this movie the first weekend it came out in theaters. I honestly did not know what it was about, I saw it because I am a Sandra Bullock fan. But as I was watching it, I started to notice that I was becoming more and more into it. i think it...

Pros: None That I Could See Cons: Boring, Bad Story Line, Waste Of Time
28 days was a waste of my time. This was a disaster, but I kept watching thinking it's got to get better, but folks guess what IT DOESN'T!!!!! I really didn't even care about the main character (Sandra Bullock) so it's hard to really get into this...

Pros: Great Actors! Cons: none
I went to see this movie because I think Sandra Bullock is one of the best actresses around. This movie was a very "real" feeling movie.....it hits home. She did a great job of playing a drunk....the first scenes are a shock to the audience...

Pros: Did not drag on. Cons: Ended abruptly.
I was truly disappointed by this Sandra Bullock flick! After seeing the previews this movie looked like a great mix of comedy and drama. I was shocked when all of the good parts of the movie were also included in the movie trailer. I do think that the...

Pros: good message Cons: bad movie period.
This movie sends out a great message about drinking and doing drugs. It shows you what can happen if you abuse alcohol or break the law by using drugs. It takes you into a rehab hospital along with Sandra Bullock after she wrecks into a house while...

Pros: Sandra Bullock, realistic Cons: none that I can think of
I saw 28 Days 2 days ago while bored at home but when I saw this video on the shelf I immediately picked it up. Sandra Bullock once again has kept me an avid fan - with her beautiful face and lovely smile, she can still steal the show by being an actress...

Pros: Funny Cons: Not realistic
This movie was really great. It is a story about the girl next door who has to fight alcoholism by going into a twenty eight day rehab program. This movie had a great plot and message however it lacked reality. If that is what rehab is then I'm there! It...

Pros: Shows the downside of Alcoholism in a lighthearted manner. Cons: Would like to have learned more about some of the other patients.
If you want a true to life story of someone going through rehab look elsewhere. But if you enjoy movies that deal with serious issues, using a lighthearted approach, then "28 Days" may be for you.
Honestly, I wasn't expecting much...

Pros: Sandra Bullok Cons: boring, slow moving, unrealistic
Im sorry but is this what people should really think of rehab. Although I enjoy Sandra Bullok and think she did a good job , I think this portrait is a bit unrealistic for people trying to get over drug and alcohol addiction. I have never been to rehab,...

Pros: Excellent acting. Cons: Not for the shallow hearted.
Sandra is at her best in this take on life in an alcoholic rehab program. If you sense a lack of depth in your movie going experiences this performance will touch your heart. Sandra plays Gwen an alcoholic who, after crashing her automobile, is faced...

28 days is another sandra bullock staring movie. I guess we are suppose to watch her with all her prettiness and not care about the boring p lot. This movie was shallow and I knew the ending after 10 minutes.Bullock gets drunk with her co-dependent...
