Pros: fun routine, 30 minute length Cons: not very high intensity, awful music
Leslie Sansone's 1 Mile Walk was my first aerobics video--the way I got my feet wet when I finally decided to get fit. It was a comfortable and friendly way to get started, but as my fitness level progressed, the 15-minute workout was just too...
Pros: Whole body workout without any expensive equipment. Aerobic, good for cardiovascular. MOTIVATING! Cons: None.
I absolutely love the Leslie Sansone Walk Aerobic videos, and I own eight of them. I started with the Power Mile , and Miracle Mile , but after a few weeks I needed to move on to something more challenging. I purchased her two mile Walk ...
Pros: Easy, motivating and not lengthy Cons: If you like high intense aerobics this won't fit the bill.

Pros: easy, doesn't take much room, a decent quick workout Cons: bad music choices
I like this video because it doesn't take lots of room to do and it is pretty easy and quick, while still giving a good enough workout to keep your heart rate elevated for a while. I wish it had better music though!
