I tried a few prenatal yoga tapes. I used to attend yoga classes, before becoming pregnant, and would have continued into my pregnancy except that I moved to an area where I could not find any classes offered. So I bought some tapes.
Pros: Gets the endorphins flowing. Cons: Not strenuous.
The workout is easy to follow, and I always felt great after I finished. It's about an hour long. It is not strenuous at all. I did the workout through the ninth month.

I used to attend yoga classes, before becoming pregnant and decided that I wanted to do yoga daily in the comfort of my own home.
I went to Baby's R US and bought this DVD based on the information on the back of the DVD.
I liked the Yoga Mama DVD very much for a number of reasons:
-The workout is short (45 minutes)
-You can modify it to your own pace
-The tape is more workout based and centers you on your baby and your body - not too spritual
-There is a wide variety of Women at different stages of their pregnancies in the background, they are at various fitness stages also
-Each pose has modifications available to make it less strenuous.
I agree with the other reviewer that it felt that this workout was extremely gentle. I too had the sensation that I would not get much benefit from it at all. However, I too felt like I had done some great stretching and moving.
