Pros: Great for a first date. You can take your mom to see this movie. Cons: It's a chick flick, so most guys aren't going to be crazy about it.
The story is pretty obvious. Sandra Bullock plays a tough FBI agent who has learned of a planned terrorist attack on the Miss United States beauty pageant. She is the only female agent they can think of to go undercover as one of the contestants.

Pros: Sandra Bullock Cons: Don't watch if you don't want to laugh
I am a huge Sandra Bullock fan, and my husband is not, yet even he enjoyed the hilarious antics in this movie. Sandra Bullock, who plays FBI agent Gracie Hart, is forced to go undercover in the Miss. USA pageant. The challenge is to transform this...

Pros: Despite how stupid it is, it is a little fun to watch. Cons: It really is stupid.
Miss Congeniality is a bad movie. I had to get that out of the way up front, this is what happens when you get a bunch of hollywood folks together in a room brainstorming about what would make a good movie. It comes off like a two hour sitcom, and is...

Pros: very funny Cons: candace and shatner
When I first heard about Miss Congeniality I was sure that I wouldn't like it. Although I'm always up to a little super-model bashing, I thought it wasn't my kind of movie. It didn't seem that great, despite my dad's pleas to see it. ...

Pros: Some good laughs Cons: Not the best story.
The tale of opposites attracting one another has long been a staple of Hollywood. One of the more famous examples was found in “Pretty Woman” when a Millionaire (Richard Gere) fell in love with a prostitute,(Julia Roberts) and despite all odds,...

Pros: Sandra is great and so is her makeover! Cons: plot is not too complex, the "twist" at the end is not too hard to figure out!
Sandra Bullock had made another great movie. Like some of her other better chick flicks, such as "Practical Magic", this is another movie that will pull audiences in. Not only did Sandra star in this movie, but she also produced it, a smart...

Pros: Lots of laughs Cons: Story is weak.
Here she is, Miss Congeniality, with wonderful Sandra Bullock as a clumsy FBI agent who goes undercover at the Miss United States contest to track down a terrorist. Bullock is so likable that feel-good moments that would be pure torture in anyone else's...

Pros: hilarious one-liners, lots of famous stars Cons: sexist view of women and men
Who would have known that Hollywood could pull off such a stunt? The beautiful and highly-talented actress Sandra Bullock is at it again in this outrageous comedy costarring Candice Bergen and William Shatner. The film contains all necessary ingredients...

Pros: A chance to snicker at Beauty Pageants Cons: Predictable, oh so predictable!
OK, confess- we all went to this movie because of the "World Peace!" bit in the trailer. Just seeing all those big-haired empty-headed "beauties" get lambasted is worth the price of admission, right?
Except, it's been done before, in movies...

Pros: BULLOCH PLAYS A GREAT PART THAT KEPT MY ATTENTION! Cons: NONE
There are no new plots, basically. There are different ways to depict those plots. I found Miss Congeniality a wonderful, joyful, funny, sad story that kept my attention, throughout the whole film. (Any time I don't go roaming around the house, cleaning...

Pros: Benjamin Bratt, Well Written, Actually Funny, Good Length Cons: Exactly what you expect
This movie had me crying with laughter. I was absolutely doubled over during at least one-third of the movie making me think I should see it twice just to make sure I didn't miss anything!
Wow! Sandra Bullock is amazing. Her sarcasm and...

Pros: A cute and funny movie Sandra Bullock is so cute. Cons: none
Sandra Bullock is so dang funny and at the same time she is a total goof ball geak girl but the funny thing is that no matter what she is wearing or how hard they try to make her look like a geek girl they can not do it she is cute all the time even...

Pros: hilarious Cons: corny
Sandra Bullock is this movie. The film showcases her many talents as an actress. The fact that it is funny, really funny, makes it a good movie to go see.
She is an FBI agent, coerced into pretending to be a beauty queen in order to gather...

Pros: Funny, well written Cons: How does Benjamin Bratt get work?
"For her entire life, Gracie Hart has dreamed of emulating the career of her mother, Emily, a highly esteemed FBI agent who died in the line of duty."
This mystifies me. Where was the storyline about her mother? Was it edited out...

Pros: Bullock's good-natured performance Cons: Simplistic plot, basic dialogue, predictable premise
GRADE: B-
America’s favorite snorting, snack-happy sweetheart, the perennially perky Sandra Bullock, at last returns to the genre that made her such a success in the first place with the entertaining-- albeit predictable and low-grade--...
