This is a great walking video. It takes very little time and I have had no problem doing it every day. You start with a warm up, pick up the pace a bit, add some weights (if you choose to), and shortly you are into a cool down. The steps are easy to follow, just walking, side steps, raising your knees, and kicking. Very simple, none of those grapevines and other awkward steps. I've tried other walking videos and they are definitely not the same. This one is simple and she shows that any age group can do it. She has a variety of ages in the people that walk on the video with her. It's a great pick me up and takes very little time. I plug it in sometimes just to give my metabolism a boost. It's also a great stress reliever, which we all need from time to time. Give it a try I think you'll like it.
