    Pros: good vocabulary builder
    sliding flashcards are fun
ok as addition to reading and phonics programs
Cons: bad as a standalone, need a foundation in letters and phonics with it

Pros: Helps with word recognition & memorization...sort of.
Cons: Poor production quality & execution lessens interest and obstructs learning.

Summary: I've now been using the starter DVD for a month with my daughter and my overall impression is that while this is a fine idea with a sound foundation (learning to read ultimately begins with memorization), the production quality does not jive with the ... read more

    Pros: nice goal
Cons: incredibly boring to my child!!  Too long to sit still at a young age.

Summary: This system didn't quite work out for my child, and in fact seemed to have a sort of negative affect, over all.  I've never seen my child show signs of ADD or ADHD, but with this program, it was clear, and shocking to see the change in her ... read more

Pros: word recognition is the only advantage to purchasing this overpriced product
Cons: extremely poor quality of product and customer service
