92's 'Flame' has not exhausted yet

Pros: Still looks good for its age, action is above par
Cons: "extras" are almost bare, English dub is below par.
The "Flame of Recca" of the title refers to the power of the main character to produce flames from his hand. Recca is a young boy who lives in the present time, but his interests are in the past. For some reason, he has a great fascination with the ninja ...
