Aside from not having a lot of DVD extras that you get in movies, this box set is well worth the price. The latest release (the one I just purchased) includes the mini-series so it’s now a 5-disk set. The picture and sound is great. I don’t agree with the previous review that said the picture was dark. I have played these disks on a PC based DVD and on a normal one and they are perfect (maybe something with the UK release).

This is what to buy if you want to start to experience (or re-experience) this very moving story.

Pros: The battle sequnces are amazing.

If you liked the Original, you'll love this! It is one of the best television shows on the air! Excellent acting, enticing plots and the latest CGI effects of our time. I highly recommend it!!
