Pros: David Koechner's cameos as the retarded neighbor Cons: OMG....
Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector is just as dumb as you might have expected. Its rife with toilet humor and lame jokes, but nothing excessively profane because this is a PG-13 movie. Id compare it to Tom Greens notorious ...
Pros: a couple sweet moments, a couple soft chuckles Cons: ruined by too much potty humor, rude, crude, gross! Not worth a single star!

Pros: Larry the Cable Guy, cameos (Kid Rock, David Koechner), wasn't too long Cons: Too much toilet humor for 89 minutes, unmemorable supporting characters, lame plot

Pros: Typical Larry. Funny and not afraid to be him Cons: Could have had a bit of a better story and ending
I loved the movie. It was made for stupid humor and it was his stand up comedy act put into a movie. Except it actually had a story. If you don't like stupid humor then of course you won't like the movie. But if you've seen blue collar comedy tour you would know what to expect from Larry. I had fun watching it.
