we bought one 1 1/2 years ago.
had a black line on the paper first time used, tech support said we should take the paper out at night; then they asked if it had rained a lot recently!!!!
we sent it in; they replaced the drum.
Now it is putting the black stripe on again.

we will junk it. back to cannon.

Plus, the toner saver feature defaults and turns itself off after a short time. so your employee has to remember to use the toner saver each time (xerox did this to maximize toner sales i bet)
