Little Cayman also continues to offer some of the best diving in the world and it's possible to do a day trip with Island Air and dive with Little cayman Beach resort. The plane returns at an altitude of 1000 feet so their is no risk of DCS. Check with either Dan, PADI or your dive organization and they will confirm this.
