Pros: Good shade for KS. Great sandy shoreline areas. Cons: Close to Wichita (pop. 365,000)- can be crowded on weekends & very crowded on holidays.
Nice campgrounds with good trees and shade for Kansas. Lots of sandy shoreline for kids and boats. Great tent sites & RV hook-up sites. Shower houses large and usually very clean. Busy park- not too many good sites after Friday night in the summer. Weekends full week before.
